SantaClaus.Gold specializes in natural diamonds, fine gemstones, and precious metals sourced from trusted suppliers. Each order is handled with exceptional security, care, and full documentation, ensuring your purchase is as secure as it is exquisite.
2. 30-Day Return Window & Conditions
We offer a 30-day return window from confirmed delivery for eligible items.
Eligibility requirements:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered
- Original packaging and documentation must be included
- Security seals must remain intact
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Engraved or resized items
- Vintage or one-of-a-kind Vault pieces (unless defective)
- Items with removed or altered security seals
4. Return Process
- Contact our Concierge with your order number to initiate a return
- All returns undergo professional inspection to verify gemstone authenticity and metal purity
- Returns must be shipped fully insured and handed directly to the carrier to maintain coverage
5. Refunds & Restocking Fees
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
- A 10% restocking fee applies to cover insured transit, inspection, and re-certification
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Shipping, Security & Fraud Prevention
Signature & Identity Verification
- Signature confirmation is required for all high-value orders
- For orders exceeding $1,000, the purchaser may be asked to present government-issued photo identification matching the name on the order
- Failure to provide matching identification may result in non-delivery and return of the shipment
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is secure and accessible to the authorized recipient
Additional Security Measures:
- All shipments are fully insured until signed for
- High-value orders may require pre-shipment identity verification or concierge delivery to ensure secure release to the authorized recipient
Payment Processing & Fraud Mitigation:
- For orders above $10,000, we may require bank wire payments to eliminate chargeback risk
- Orders may also undergo internal verification including AVS & CVV matching, billing address confirmation, and location/IP checks
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
- We request that customers contact us directly to resolve any concerns
- Detailed shipping, delivery, and internal verification records are maintained and provided to payment processors as needed
